WHAT CAN DEVA CLINIC’S MEMBERSHIP SCHEME OFFER YOU?
Deva Clinic offers you and your family the opportunity to benefit from a continuous and extensive range of unlimited services for urgent and non-urgent cases on a 24 hour basis.
With Deva Clinic’s membership scheme you can rest assured that should you or your family need medical advice or treatment, you will receive excellent care and attention, with prompt access to diagnosis and treatment.
Deva Clinic comprises of two clinics in Hisaronu. Each clinic has an experienced doctor offering 24 hour support, patient care and a fully qualified nursing, clinical and support team plus diagnostic and treatment technology relevant to the patient needs.
Deva Clinic offers the following services:-
§ Accident and emergency treatment (including ambulance service).
§ 24 hour medical assistance.
§ Radiology.
§ Manipulations.
§ Minor Surgery.
§ Laboratory testing and analysis.
§ Medical supplies, referrals and report writing.
§ Full health check, including major organ functioning.
§ Medical check-up’s and follow up programme for preventative treatment.
§ Walk-In Centre or Appointment System (if required).
§ Private and confidential patient recordings for all patients so that a full medical history is maintained and subsequent examinations, treatments and medication recorded.
§ Confidential and comfortable assessment units and observations rooms all with Satellite Television.
To join our membership scheme we require two passport size photographs in order to prepare a membership card which should be produced on each visit to our clinic. A valid membership card entitles you to unlimited medical assistance from all Deva Clinics.
An annual membership scheme will cost you 750 YTL for one year and 450 YTL for six months. Membership cards should be renewed prior to its expiry to ensure continuous medical cover or returned to one of our clinics to preserve confidentiality.
If you are to leave the country for a period of more than a month and it is your intention to return to the area, Deva Clinic offers to suspend your membership until you return at which point your membership will continue until its expiry date or renewal. To take advantage of this flexible and advantageous offer, you should inform one of our clinics in writing quoting your membership number, address and period of suspension prior to your departure. Please note there is a 5 month maximum suspension permitted.
